I defo go there again, friendly staff. A receptionists, than was so kind to drive to my home to had in my past I left behind, and who couldn't do enough for me( wonderful Lady) The fist lady was very helpful and supportive. And a second guy who dealt with me 2 week after was very professional and great to talk to.

I found that all the staff in the Citizens Advice Knowsley (Huyton Village) were very friendly and helpful towards my daughter and especially with the advice given, and espescially with helping her complete an very important documental form that she was subject to time restrictions to return to for her PIP entitlements. I can only commend all the staff members with their very friendly and helpful manner that they afforded to my daughter and myself, and also extending a very professional, friendly and courteous service throughout our time with them on our visit considering they high pressures placed upon them due to all the financial restrictions and staff shortages they have to contend with on a day to day basis.
