Spoke to a lady on the phone asking for honest advice and she was nothing short of horrible. Was trying to explain my situation and she kept belittling my concerns. Absolutely condescending and managed to trigger my anxiety and make me feel small talking to her. She gave me no advice whatsoever and instead blamed me for my situation (difficult financial position at the moment). I find it funny that these people are here to help us? People like this are exactly what prompts so many Britons in debt every day to end their lives as it's the easier way out. Honestly speaking I am disgusted by how I was talked to.

I was lucky to have Harshida help me with my EU remain status, she put in so much work to get the documents done and the application filled out and even on top of that she did research into why I wasn't allowed a British passport and her kindness and research has been a huge help! And hopefully will be a British citizen without the huge price tag thanks to her knowledge. Thank you all so much for all of your hard work!
