My son was working in Aviemore and he had lost his car keys, I had to think of a way to get the keys from Linwood onto Aviemore ASAP. I spoke with the staff on the main number for Menzies parcels, I must admit the girl wasn’t very help full, I ended up taking the keys into Menzie parcels in Linwood, I dealt with Susan she saved the day, the keys were delivered up there the next afternoon, great service thanks to Susan.

Lost two very expensive items. Palmed off every phone call. Phone calls never returned. Over 3000 worth of gear \lost\ and not the first time. Couldn't even find the order number at one point. Bunch of Jokers.

Very pleasant admin staff working in the office, they are all very mannerable and hard working, always happy to help. Management have their moments. Maybe get some more good Rangers fans in the workforce and get rid of some of the Tic deadweights. Please remember 55 is coming.
