Just picked up my Triumph Explorer from M&S Motorcycles in Newcastle, a fantastic company to do business with. Gary, Neville and Malolm were as friendly and professional as you could hope for, Gary described the bike accurately, Neville fitted the accessories I ordered and Malcolm delivered the bike to Glasgow on time and in perfect condition. First time I've bought a bike without seeing it and I am 100% satisfied. Well done guys!

I've been sort of looking for an XS850 for a few years as i had one when i was 18, nearly 40 years ago ! My son called me and said he had found one on Ebay so i had a look and thought its worth a call to find out more. I called M&S and spoke to Gary who was honest about the bikes condition etc as it was nearly 40 years old and it got me thinking. I had never bought a bike without seeing it running but M&S was over 300 miles away. As M&S was an established company i thought i would take a chance on the bike I paid Gary and he organised delivery for me with his regular delivery company. Well it couldn't have gone any better. The bike arrived on time and was better than expected. Sold to me as a project but only a cosmetic rebuild over the winter and next spring i will be 18 again ! Good communication from everyone at M&S and they all really care about the bikes and there owners. Thanks again M&S Particularly Gary
