I would like to thank Dr Banford for his professional treatment over my several visits to the surgery he makes you feel so at ease and to the two receptionist for making me and my cousin smile for hours after \my or was it his\ appointment they only know what happened and I don't think it will ever happen again in a lifetime. Fantastic surgery, really quick at sorting I ut issues and reffering. Like all doctors now you may have to phone a couple of days in a row to get an appointment but if you really need to see a doctor that day they will accommodate.

On 2 different occasions was on the phone for 45 minutes to be told no appointments available , and had to ring following day. No problems with doctors, but reception staff really abrupt

Told the receptionist that we had moved to shildon and she was really abrupt saying \Well you will have to find another doctor then you can't stay here.\ Not helpfull at all and couldn't wait to get off the phone. Never even told me what I would have to do to change doctors. Oh well after 55 years at Bewick Crescent off I go. Needs a customer care course.
