Steve contacted me with the details of a Jaguar XF Sport which he thought would be of interest to me. Having been told it would be a click ‘n’ collect service left me feeling a little apprehensive. However now being the happy owner of this car I now wonder why I felt like this. Steve guided me through the whole process of document filling online ending in a smooth handover and the social distancing instruction and information regarding the new controls. Over the years I have bought and sold many cars and this was probably the easiest purchase I have experienced.

Who thought that buying a car durring lockdown would be so easy. Neil was able to give me a live vidoe demo of the car. His after sales service was also very good answering any question I had. What ever he promised he always delivered. Thanks for your help Neil.
Just to say a massive thank you to Steve who contacted me asap about my enquiry on one of their cars. Having discussed about buying a car online (which is very new to me) he then gave me an in-depth video review/tour of said car. Buying the car was totally hassle free which is all thanks to Steve, the whole process was very smooth. Picking the car up ran smoothly and was very COVID safe which I appreciated. I visited Guy Salmon this morning with a query about my new F-Pace and had the nicest, most professional (and honest!) customer service from Vicky . I thought I had a fault with the car and instead of quite easily booking my car and charging me for a 100 inspection, something honest happened! After listening to my concerns, Vicky explained that there was most likely was no fault with the car - just known characteristics of the car. Vicky arranged for a test drive with a mechanic/engineer - which subsequently proved her theory - and she waived the inspection fee. I really appreciated her customer service. Integrity goes a long way. I’ll definitely be coming back to Guy Salmon for future inspections/maintenance. Thanks Vicky! :)
Can thoroughly recommend buying a car from here I had a really great experience buying an F-Pace in December. Thank you to Warren Mead for making this as easy as possible. Will definitely come back again in future
