I have recently purchased a used Qashqai from this dealership. The service was amazing from Hugh, from start to finish and he really listened to everything we said. We were unable to find a car that suited our needs and budget in our first visit. Hugh then found us the perfect car at another dealership that was perfect for us. They had it sent to the Reading branch for us and Hugh kept in touch through everything that was happening, including videos of the car. No pushy salesmanship just genuine helpful customer service. Thanks again.
New location, new aspirations and some new staffs. Well pleased with their reception and Car Service. It’s definitely a step in the right direction. We wanted to look and explore Nissan Leaf All Electric Car but non was available to look at in the showroom about 5pm on Thursday afternoon but there was one on charge at the terminal outside. The detailed description was not available on the display table screen either! On the Design Lab Display there was ‘Choose Your Colour Trim’ show board but was all blank black icons! Fast service and very efficient receptionist who made us coffee without hesitation while we waited to collect our car.
Would give more stars if possible. The whole experience has been smooth from first visit to picking up new car. I would like to add that Daniel H and Paul W were fantastic, felt no pressure at all. They made the whole process easy and a joy. Well done guys. Would definitely recommend you pay them a visit. Excellent customer service .
