Awful, gave no advice on financial problems. Do not receive enough Universal Credit to cover bills. Would help as couldn't pay bills. CAB & Universal Credit Like Mussolini and Hitler in WW2. Watch out. CAB praise UC to much and vice versa.

It's located tucked away to one side of the building with a separate reception area. Upon entry, turn left whilst ignoring Council reception and following CAB Reception signs. Window normally closed and you need to ring bell for attendance. Minor issues handlex at counter. Walk-ins appointments given but not seen during the times i've been there. Complex issues are handled with appointments. You will get a follow up reminder call one day prior to appointment. Separate room for discussing the matter confidentially during appointment. Helpful staff and they will direct you in the right direction. Parking available behind the building on Church Road (one hour street parking) or paid parking in council car park beside the building. Keep 5 mins buffer to find and park nearby for appointments.
