Staff helpful but don’t bother going at the weekend. Every time I’ve been unwise enough to go at the weekend there’s always a massive queue of cars to get in and you will be waiting at least 20 mins.

Staff is very courteous and very helpful. They gave me all the correct information and help me to take out the waste I had in my car (because it was heavy and I was struggling ).
Very rude staff here that seem to have taken too well to have being given some power, its like being stopped by the military before you can gain entry But the difference is the military would deal with the public in a much more civil manner than the two jobs worths that i encountered today. Be prepared to to insulted when visiting this place
Staff very helpful although, due to covid, they are no longer able to carry items from your car to the correct units. Very friendly. Use this all the time. However you do need to use steps to use the units. The one at Burnley has no steps as the units are set below the parking level.
Got there to take my waste half way up the road got stopped.and was told due to the ice on the road.the yard is closed. This is a council waste yard and they can't even salt the road.
