I had been searching independent specialists for a 987.2 Porsche Cayman S and came across RSJ Sports Cars. The reviews were very encouraging. Living 190 miles from Slough a quick visit was out of the question. I bought one of the four Cayman’s they had available. Collecting the Cayman bought before seeing was made a very pleasurable experience by Dan as the car emerged. The bodywork of the basalt black Cayman was and is amazing. The detailing of the car inside and out was excellent. It’s clear that Joel and his team source very good cars and prepare them to a very high standard.

As a first time Porsche buyer, like most other people I spent hours pouring over ads on all the major sites, trying to work out what options I should go for etc. I also read comments on various forums and spoke to a number of independent Porsche people, including professional inspection companies. The moment I mentioned RSJ they ALL said I couldn't go wrong buying a car from them. My initial conversation with Joel confirmed this, he was able to answer the many questions I had and guide me towards a couple of cars that might be suitable from the variety of cars they had for sale. I settled on a 997.1 C2S that had the options I wanted. It turned out that RSJ had looked after this car for the past 5-6 years so new it intimately and Joel was able to talk me through in detail the work done on the car during that time. I went to see the car which looked great but not knowing what to look for (other than the obvious), decided to use an independent Porsche inspection company to check the car over. Joel was more than happy for this and facilitated the inspection at RSJ. The inspection confirmed the quality of the car with only a couple of very minor things that Joel's team put right immediately. When I collected the car, it looked stunning. The two days Joel's team had spend detailing it was amazing, they'd made a 14 year old car look like new! The team then took the time to talk me through everything and all paperwork was complete and ready for me. I drove home with a very big smile on my face for the entire journey. I would certainly recommend RSJ, especially as a first time Porsche buyer. Their reputation is well deserved and the level of service and advice I got from everyone I dealt with there was very much appreciated. Having all of this backed up with a one year warranty just adds to my peace of mind.

I came here on a Saturday morning about a month ago. I was greeted by a lovely gentleman in the services dept who diagnosed my Cayman S mileage counter reset button. He provided me with valuable advice. Even though he spent 20 minutes inspecting, he didn't charge a penny! Will definitely return here in the future for my Porsches maintenance. Sorry I forgot your name. On a separate note, there is a very good reason RSJ get mentioned on many forums and Facebook Porsche groups.
