the receptionist is rude, she only talks well with selected patients. I feel while talking to her that she doesn't like foreigners. I will report it somewhere if the situation repeats itself.

Putting the dire in Direhampton. You have one receptionist there who has been complained about on multiple times on Google reviews and feedback within the practice. I find she is equally as abhorrent as the managerial skills being dedicated to handling complaints. She cuts off patients, her tone is disgraceful on the phone and worse still she still bloody works there! Please make a mental note that management are far more astute when it comes to pandering to online public responses rather than handling your complaints. He would rather put up a front by voicing how affronted he feels, argue the toss over the phone rather than listening to the basic issue - I appreciate you have the right to defend your practice but that does not grant you the right to permit disdainful staff. Not sure if she has had her vaccination yet - can I make a recommendation of pentobarbital. Scratch that - pento for everyone!

Take 4gr painkiller every single say for 3 weeks\ I wonder what would they suggest if painkiller didnt exists ? No matter whats the problem even if u got a cancer they will suggest you to take a painkiller. Painkiller never shorts the problem so please advice something else that will sort the problem, dont just get rid of the patient.

This practice seems to somehow get worse every appointment I make. I phoned in for a sick note at the request of my work place due to the testosterone I’m taking. As I’m trans, this is forcing me into the menopause at only 20. I expected the doctor to be far more caring, considerate and open to help with my issue, even if she couldn’t provide me with a sick note. Nope. She was rude, dismissive and incredibly unprofessional towards the sensitive topic. I was absolutely shocked at how she handled the situation, I felt embarrassed and ashamed that I even called up in regards to the situation. Once again, a very unsafe environment in regards to the care of people who have mental health issues and LGBT clients.
