3 months ago I bought my Nissan juke was not happy when I bought it as I felt pressured into buying it and had a bad feeling about that particular car 1 week after buying the car the handbrake wasn't holding the car on an incline. My friend had bought the same car ,the same week and she remarked on the fact my alloys were covered in black dust she had her car same time as me and she had no black dust on hers .month later after having to have the handbrake done again i nearly had an accident rolling into someone's car .then after having the car just 3 months they tell me I need 2 new tyres ,new front brakes and new hand brake saying it will cost 350 .after a bit of swearing on my part they agreed to pay half of the cost. After only 3 months I dont think I should pay anything .IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL .

Be Aware !! We had our Qashqai serviced and MOT'd at Nissan Barnstaple last year, a few weeks after we were travelling on the M5 in the outside lane when we heard a loud bang and saw a large object in the rear view mirror that had fallen from the car , luckily it didn't hit any of the cars behind us. We managed to stop safely and found that we had lost the underbody shield/tray cover. We took the car straight back to Nissan and it turned out that the bolts that hold the cover on were missing. There were lots of apologise and a replacement cover. The car went in this year for its service and MOT and you guessed it they did it again, the bolts were there but hanging on by a thread. It can't be only our car it has happened to, we can't be that unlucky.
