Original review was issued of two stars when I was in Perth branch Sept 2017. On this occasion I ended up buying my Nissan Navara from Western Nissan in Stirling. They showed general interest in what my requirements were, where Perth commercial salesman only seemed interested in selling me what he actually had, even though it wasn't ideal for my needs. Definitely lost out on a sale here and should concentrate on putting the customers needs first. (Rating on this this visit 2/5) Now February 2018, and we were back in last weekend on non-commercial business this time for my wife. Spoke to a great salesman in Barry, who dealt with us perfectly and worked towards a sale. Barry was told from above that the car should arrive in Perth on Wednesday and would complete by the Friday. Car actually arrived the Monday after this, and was handed over to us on the Tuesday, so a few days late. To be honest this wouldn't have bothered us if was told this at start, however slight over promising did lead to additional costs as changed parking permits over to suit promised date. Would recommend Barry if looking for Nissan. (Rating on this visit 4/5)

Very disappointed in John Clark Nissan in both Dundee and Perth. Salesmen are only there for you to buy a car and can pressure you into buying one. Very cheeky salesmen in Dundee branch therefore went to Perth. Thought I was getting a good deal and thought the salesman was a good person but now I know it was complete lies only so they could have a sale. Once bought they provide you with lies. On going issue that has now escalated to the highest point of call within Nissan's customer service on a car that I was really excited about getting but not even 6 months down the line hate it. I would highly recommend Mackie Motors for all your Nissan cars.

In and out quickly, recall work done for our 15 year old imported Nissan Elgrand. Car was washed too prior to collection. Unusual layout though with no separate areas for service, parts or sales, just one reception desk where you are dealt with, it seems to work just not what I'm used to.

I have bought my car from Perth Nissan Specialists John Clark, and ever since I bought it I have discovered that the Turbo was broken at the time of purchase (which in fairness was changed under the warranty less than a month after the purchase), the breaks and steering wheel have been squeaking ever since I bought the car, and the clutch has not been functioning properly. All of the above have been raised in service appointments with my local Nissan dealer in Aberdeen. Furthermore, a month ago I have noticed an oil drip on the bottom of the engine. On top of that, the clutch has now been replaced, because as mentioned above it wasn't functioning properly and when further investigated it has been noticed that it was worn. This is absolutely unacceptable! When purchasing a car from the manufacturer’s representative, you would expect a better product that has been repaired for sale and is mechanically sound, as advertised. Instead, since I bought the car in less than three month I had to go back with it at least 4 times, and I am not confident to drive it anywhere because it might break down.
