Woodlands Family Medical Centre is a brilliant practice. They have so many patients to see so I can understand why waiting for an appointment is necessary. I am grateful to have a GP so close to home which I don't have to pay for unlike my daughter in the USA. 200 dollars just to talk to a doctor, let alone paying for the medication too. We are very blessed to have this service on our doorstep. I certainly don’t take this for granted.

Just wanted to say Pauline the nurse does a fantastic job, constantly sanitising equipment and surfaces to keep people safe.
Unfriendly receptionist. Dread every visit to surgery.
The doctor's themselves are lovely and very competent. However the support staff on the phone are extremely rude, and give varying answers that only cause confusion. Despite the receptionist being nice, there is no consistent message from him either. Really not what you need to deal with when you are not feeling your best.
Never had any problems always helped when needed them. Sometimes can't get appointment on the day but that's not surgery fault. It's every where. Open later hours on a specific day which helps. All round good practice never had a problem!
