Where to start! Awful receptionists who think they’re medical experts and wnat to know everything. When you call by phone which can take 20 minutes before anyone answers, they will pick up (you can hear the background chatter) then put the phone down on you. They are using COVID as an excuse not to give a service. If I had the luxury of choice, I would go elsewhere. 2 star rating as the doctors, if you get to speak to them are ok.

I have found every member of staff at the surgery, whether GP, Receptionist, or Nurse, to be incredibly helpful, kind, empathetic and patient. This surgery seems to run efficiently in that I am never normally waiting more than ten minutes over my appointment time, and I can request an appointment in advance or on the day of an emergency, whenever I need. It’s clean welcoming and the staff all do a tremendous job, remaining human and on a level with their patients.
