If there were 10 stars, I would still want to give this medical practice 12 out of 10! I can't praise them highly enough! I worked in the medical world, NHS and private, for 20 years and I know decent medical care when I experience it. Being seen at the Oakley Partnership is such a positive experience. Polite, friendly, helpful, considerate, professional, kind - reception staff, nurses and Dr. Eccleston. They listen to you. You feel like a real person, heard and valued, treated as an individual, not a number, and what you say counts. My NHS GP was cold and uncaring, denied my symptoms and offered me counselling and antidepressants instead. Dr. Eccleston listened and considered the whole of me. I am now on the thyroxine therapy that I needed and I have my life back. The 'brain fog' and exhaustion has lifted, I can think clearly again. I no longer need to sleep most afternoons. I wasn't exaggerating when I told Dr. Eccleston he is a hero!
