Consistently need to wait around 45 minutes in waiting room for see GP. Currently been waiting here for an hour. Can understand that they’re busy, things happen. Why not text patients to say you’re running late, so we don’t waste so much of our time? Please?

Over the phone consultation does not work. I'm trying since September. Gp calls you back between 9-1pm. If yoyr phone is busy they simply move to next case and you are cancelled. I cant get hold of a doctor for last 2 months and no one can help me further as reception is not really open to help either. Very upsetting :(

You can't get an appointment here anymore and they want you to use the internet to request a call back or an appointment which is now at the drs description which they can say no and not get back to you. Don't register here The service is poor and they would leave you dead before they see to your needs as one of their patients. Terrible bad service If I could give no stars I would

While the receptionists and doctors working here are lovely, the service is appalling. I have been trying to get an appointment here for about 3 weeks and it’s had proved impossible - you are constantly asked to call back either at 8am or 2pm to make an appointment but by the time you get through they have all gone. I also stay on hold for 15 minutes and when I finally get through the phone is hung up on me - this happened 3 times in one phone call. Honestly while it’s nice to see taxes being put to wards building a swanky beautiful GP surgery, aesthetics is way less important than service and if I was desperately ill I would be very concerned and the impossibility I’d actually being able to book an appointment! Like I said, is Iran the people who work there - the GPS are all of a very high standard, however that’s only the case when you actually manage to see one!!

The reception staff in this clinic are completely appalling coupled with the clinic as a whole functioning poorly in terms of elementary services, ie successfully booking an appointment. The only way in which you can successfully see a GP is to turn up daily between 8-10 am, who can commit to that? Or it’s a week plus wait. A collection of deeply patronising, rude, insensitive front of house staff with no conception of a polite and professional telephone or face to face manner, does not make for a positive interaction. If I could register at a different GP clinic I most definitely would but unfortunately my infant child is registered here. Woeful.

Good service nice staff nothing they can’t handle for you given time, great facilities & building. Appointments can be a long wait but you can have a phone consultation in days and you can get prescription by email, all in all I would recommend them. ️
