Honestly the best decision I could’ve made was to go to these guys this year after being left for over a year by the nhs. Passed from pillar to post and miss informed over and over. Yet within one visit my mind was set at rest, and I am extremely grateful for everything they have done for me! I wasn’t treated as a number or a way for financial gain, but as a genuine person who needs help, and even if I wanted to I could not pick any faults in the service and professionalism. Kind, friendly and extremely honest. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Would recommend over and over. Couldn’t be more happy with the service!

Excellent surgery. Polite and helpful staff. Extremely competent GPs who clearly care about what they do; in particular Dr Sharon Rachman. I always feel I’m given the time and attention at Walcote, which unfortunately the NHS are often unable to provide.

I visited the Walcote Practice because I was so desperate for advice on how to stop a consistent cough. During lockdown it wasn’t easy to see anyone and I was coughing 24/7 with no rest from it. I was totally exhausted. After 1 video call and 1 visit to the practice and medication I am now free of it. I can’t thank the doctor enough for his assistance and will turn to him for help if needed in the future. Sue
