I would not register my goldfish with this place the attitude of the staff is disgusting and degrading this place is run by young inexperienced staff who have no communication skills and no clue how to deal with patients they are rude and made several false allegations about myself all of which are recorded and in paper form and will be leaked online at some point if you regard your life and wellbeing and health then DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS FAILURE OF A SERVICE

Reception unprofessional and rude, nurses unresponsive and pretend to be busy when they aren't and only one doctor in this surgery actually cares about patients. The head doctor picks and chooses who she thinks deserves help and focuses on them, anyone else may as well be trying to ask a circus clown to dispense medication
They specialise in dealing with asylum seekers and they arrange interpreters. I can always get an appointment when I need one.
This doctor is the most horrible experience of my life they are so horrible to patient they make fun of asylum seeker because not understand English very well they tell me I not see doctor anymore I not sick this doctor need to be closed they make me feel like I not have right to see doctor in uk and I was sent to this doctor because they supposed to he specific doctor for asylum seeker I not like this doctor they not make you feel better they make you feel like you don't belong in this country
This is a terrible doctors the manager is some young woman with a terrible attitude the main doctor has a even worse attitude they refuse to treat and are very very unprofessional don't expect nothing but attitude from this place the nurses and staff are very corrupt they don't care about anything except their paychecks they are misusing government funds and failing to treat vunrable patients this place needs investigated and closed
The midwives are so lovely. However the communication between the receptionists and the midwives are very very poor. I turned up a few minutes early for my appointment, took my urine test and waited a further 30 mins until I went to the receptionist and said "I had an appointment at x time" to which she looked at me like I was speaking another language saying "right...?" And I said "do you know how long they'll be?" She rudely said she doesn't deal with their appointments and patients, and the nurse standing next to her just stared at me blankly. Ok, so why are you sat there as a receptionist? Turns out the midwives weren't even informed that I had attended. Wasted mine and the midwives time. Absolutely ridiculous.
Don’t waste your time try another midwife,useless people,never answer there phone and if u expect for a call back trust me forget about it u will never get a call back..
