Very poor staff. I tried recently to see a doctor. The receptionist was unhelpful and I felt that I was taking up her time. She told me to email in requesting an appointment. I did that. Still waiting to see doctor. Thankfully now abandoned this silly practice. Good luck.

Great surgery. Getting an appointment can be tricky sometimes but that’s no different and in general better anyway than the average GP surgery- they all have this problem. Dr Johal both father and son are great, very caring and pay great attention to the patient feelings and medical history.
This surgery was recommended when I first moved to St Margarets 8 years ago. When the need has arisen, I've enjoyed outstanding service from the entire team. Congratulations and thank you
the service at this surgery is excellent, i'm very impressed with the doctors, the reception staff and the overall experience of this surgery. they really do work hard and try their best to help as much as possible. a lot of the rules and regulations enforced by the NHS make this a very tricky job and sometimes the processes a patient has to adhere to is long winded but no fault of the surgery or the reception staff. thank you Twickenham park
