Outstanding service from top quality delivery guys, they did 3 deliveries in our street having to negotiate pipes through gardens etc They did it with great care and humour. Fabulous ambassadors for the company. Will definitely be using them again!
Driver stood on a plant pot to fill our tank! Broke the plant pot and fell off damaging the pipe coming from our boiler. Had to beg watson fuels to come and fix the leak. left us with a tank leaking kerosene for weeks. Then did not offer to fill tank back up to where it should be before this whole disaster. Appalling company with toxic practices that I am fairly sure aren’t legal and am 100% sure aren’t safe.
