Went in for a skin tag removal on my left and right arm. The receptionist Kate was very polite and helped with the follow up appointment as well. Claire who did the surgery was very professional made me feel very safe and at ease. I am normally a self conscious person and she was very polite and it went all ok. Very good advice and thank you once again.

Before booking any appointment with these GPs you should ensure you have clear indication as to how many appointments it will taken to resolve your query. And that all steps necessary are taken. Where possible they'll book you in for a number of appointments to get the 88 fee for each consultation, even when it is not required or necessary. Also be wary of the way that the doctors here handle your personal information - such as photos taken on personal phones during examiniations.

I cannot recommend Dr Horgan highly enough. From the very first appointment Dr Horgan really listened and was also very knowledgable and empathetic. Anyone suffering with any of the many menopause symptoms should not hesitate to contact her. No one needs to suffer in silence.You CAN have your life back. She is a miracle worker!

Disappointingly unsatisfactory and disproportionately expensive. Was sent for an X-ray and was told I would be called by the doctor that afternoon. Had to call 3 times before the results were forthcoming. The doctor was 'unable' to call so had the receptionist read out to me over the phone. Have had better service from the National Health.

Attending the Menopause Clinic and the subsequent medical care and treatment provided by Dr Horgan have been truly life changing. I have always been health conscious, able to maintain healthy weight, keeping a very healthy diet and and physically active. Yet since I entered the perimenopause and later the menopause my energy levels decreased and I didn't feel quite like my "old self" in spite of starting HRT on the NHS. Thanks to Dr Horgan's treatment plan, I am happy to have again the high energy level I had in the past and feel fabulous. The HRT combination I was prescribed was also without any of the unpleasant side effects I had experienced on the previous HRT treatments. Thank you!

After 4 years of seeing my GP, with various referrals to specialists and suffering with undiagnosed misery, I booked an appointment with Dr. Horgan and ....wow!!!!! Firstly, she was kind, empathetic and immediately "got it"!!! She has quite honestly transformed my life! I absolutely recommend Dr. Horgan and cannot thank her enough for immediately recognizing my menopausal symptoms and finally ending the misery I had battled with for 4 years. Fantastic!!
