I normally service my car from Acocks Green Nissan Dealer who have now closed. Expecting the same experience was not the case. I just had a lovely call from Andrew the service Manager at this Dealership, we have come to a Mutual understanding and moving forward I will be going back for my annual service with High expectations. Just want to say a Big Thank you to Andrew for setting the record straight.

The staff were all polite and made sure we were ok. Jacob was brilliant from start to finish. He kept us informed and up to date through the whole process. I would definitely recommend and and use again. Plus we love our new car

Some serious snobbery going on here. Had several bad experiences at this particular branch over the phone. Both my wife and I on separate occasions have been spoken to with a degree of disrespect that you don't expect from any company. Especially such a large company after repeat business. The lady I spoke to (whos name I don't know) regarding booking a service and MOT, made me feel like as though I was wasting her time. To the point I apologised for invonvienceing her and would go somewhere else. To which she replied, \do what you want\. Maybe this person was having a bad day. That been said, regardless of personal emotions, the customer always deserves your best quality customer service. I now travel over to a branch in acocks green, which out of my way but the customer service and after care is better. I would like to add I have had posivtive interactions with the sales team. I was seen by an asian gentleman on my last visit, (whos name escapes me) but was very helpful. Its a shame about other members of the team letting the branch down.
