Walked into Hylton Worcester, looking for a replacement to my Peugeot 208. Needed something easier for access and sadly the Peugeot 2008 just wasn't doing it. Met a lovely sales guy called Barny who was extremely helpful but without being pushy. He suggested I try the Juke. I can honestly say it was 'love at first drive' and it makes me smile every day. I lease my vehicles and the process of changing from Peugeot to Nissan couldn't have been made easier. The experience was first class from the moment I walked into the showroom through collecting the car and continues to be so. I would thoroughly recommend you visit.

Tragic experience, never going to a main stealer again. Expensive, supposed to be able to work on the nissan trucks however knew I had a problem when the mechanic called me and said he's never worked on a D22 before. Unable to do what they said they could do. However still want 90 & vat an hour for some novice to tell me what I already know. No diagnostics, didn't even help to push it out of the poxy forecourt. All they want is your hard earned cash for little or no effort. Then say not our fault we can't fix it. Shocking from a so called expert. Avoid them at all costs unless you like being pissed about by a load of inept novices. Even dick turpin wore a mask. I'm still in discussions with there head office.

Without a doubt the worst car dealership I have ever set foot in. Pressure selling and treating customers like idiots. Fair enough getting the car out of the space between the other cars in stock, but driving you to a side road half a mile away before swapping over? I drove in along that road, it's an A road in a suburb of Worcester, not spaghetti junction. As for being directed into a hotel car park to see how the car reverses? How about asking if I'm interested first? This was followed by spurious excuses to stop me leaving the dealership whilst the manager (who seemed to have forgotten his office door was open) repeatedly sent out the sales person with more attempts to sell me something. This is despite having told them that after a test drive it was not the model of car for me.

Used to be a great garage for sales and after sales. Took my 2 year old Qashqai to them last week for service and they found an oil leak which they said could be repaired under warranty but they refused to do it even though car purchased from them. Rang the Cheltenham branch got same answer with no explanation. Rang Nissan Customer Services and it turns out Hylton have lost their franchise so Nissan have transferred me elsewhere. Wouldn't have minded so much if Hylton had been truthful instead of still trying to flog me a new car!

From the effort in attempting to sell you a vehicle to the service then as Nissan Owner I have to say the service is second rate at best. Although Hylton Nissan is our nearest dealer and only 8miles away, we choose Wessex garages in Gloucester. The whole experience could not be more different. When purchasing the vehicle they made you feel as though you were buying an Aston Martin, and when it has come to servicing or any other problems, they still made you feel like it was an Aston Martin. They know the meaning of the customer is always right, I have never found this with Hylton. This is only my experience, but such a difference between dealers is un-measurable.

Purchased many cars in our lifetime but can honestly say we've never been treated so professionally than by salesman Matthew when we viewed a Nissan Qashqai last Saturday. He spent so much time showing us everything on the vehicle, answered every question attentively and even drove different models for us to show us different features available on the version we are after. Unfortunately after several hours we were unable to get down to the monthly figure we were happy with due to us having a part exchange! Despite this, when our current cars pcp runs out early next year, guaranteed we will be phoning Matt to try to secure the right deal! Using this experience I'm more than happy to give 5 stars!

Hi don't do this normally be I thought it deserves a mention. Went in today to look at 1 perticular car arranged it over the phone got there it had been sold drove over 30 minutes wasted journey, no apology. Enquired about a new car was given the wrong information. Obviously prejudge are ability to afford it.
