Food was almost an hour late. Had ordered 3 ice cream thick milkshakes, when they arrived they had melted and tasted awful. Spoke to just eat who told me to ring the restaurant, rang the restaurant and had someone basically tell me I was wrong about the milkshakes yet I was the one sat drinking a warm milkshake, awful customer service. Was not offered any sort of refund and have had to speak to just eat again to get any sort of help.

Ordered here for the first time around a month ago, I pre ordered on just eat the Sunday morning to rehydrate after a heavy night (millions bubblegum milkshake and a tango ice blast). Was estimated to come at 1.50 but didn’t arrive til around 2.15 and they both arrived melted to the point I had to put the ice blast into the freezer for later as it was 90% juice, although the milkshake was spot on. I ordered again last Sunday (tango ice blast, bubble gum sundae and a few other bits), again preordered and due at 1.50, this time it came 15 minutes before the estimated delivery time and everything was still frozen as if they had just been prepared. I’m assuming the first time the delivery driver had a few deliveries before getting to me hence the reason he was later than expected and the ice blast had melted but I guess it can’t really be helped I’m sure lots of people pre order on a Sunday morning to cure their hangover thirst!\u200d️. They’re very speedy at accepting, usually before their opening time, although it does take around 1 and a half/ 2 hours to eventually deliver from them accepting but like I said they probably have a great deal of pre orders at this time. Overall everything I have received has been very tasty, perfect hit for the sweet tooth and major dry mouth cure! Also great menu choice, I will have to try a dessert soon.

I was working from home and unbeknown to me The Mrs thought a cake treat was in order. After we finished dinner I was pleasantly surprised to be presented with a nice slice of cake. We all had something different and they were all good.
