Took a few things to be altered here which was done recently but the woman was extremely rude and unfriendly. Will be taking my business elsewhere!

Taken our sewing machine to be serviced a number of times. Usually no problems. Has on this most recent occasion lost our peddle and then tried to blame us for providing the wrong peddle. We only have the one machine and therefore dropped off the one peddle that goes with it. Really unhelpful and made you feel like it was your fault. True customer service is experienced when things go wrong, will not be returning to them as no real system in place, have been provided with a random peddle to use. Not good enough and not happy, no refunds or partial refund!!
