Karl at Ultimate Audio has been very helpful and accomodating anytime we have needed to use his services. He has fitted an Alarm for us that went wrong at the end of its warranty, without any issues Carl took the time to replace the unit for me still under warranty. I can honestly say hes an honest and trustworthy chap who carries out work to a very high standard, I would recommend him to anyone and will certainly be using him again. Karl did a brilliant job upgrading my sound system on my Q7 as I wasn’t happy with the factory speakers, it now sounds as it should and better...now compliments the car,all done expertly and seamlessly fitted. Also had a rear camera fitted as per factory into the rear boot handle. Can not recommend Karl enough

For high quality audio installations, look no further than Karl. The quality of the installations in my 2 BMWs is first class, an exceptionally thorough job, you know that your car and the install is in safe hands. Equally when I had an after sales service query, Karl very promptly engaged the manufacturer for advice and resolved it to my satisfaction. Cannot recommend highly enough, I travelled a 2 hours round trip for my audio installs and would not go anywhere else.
